1. Publisher and acceptance

The Woofit app and this website are published by Brice Mourlon, sole proprietor registered in France (SIRET 89074421200022). Contact: hello@woofit.me. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.

2. The service

Woofit is an iOS app that turns your dog's walks into a game: walk tracking, XP, levels, ranks, consecutive-day milestones, quests, badges and photo memories. The core walking features are free and stay free: unlimited walks, tracking, XP and levels, rhythm milestones and all 25 badges.

3. Woofit+ subscription

Woofit+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased as an in-app purchase through your Apple account, available as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial; the monthly plan has no free trial. Prices are displayed in the App Store and in the app before purchase, localised for the country of your Apple account, and may change with notice.

Payment is charged to your Apple account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. An unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Managing and cancelling

Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from the subscription screen in the app. Cancelling stops auto-renewal; Woofit+ access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. Woofit does not offer pro-rated refunds.

5. Refunds

Because purchases are made through the App Store, refund requests go directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple alone decides eligibility under its own policy. A refund granted by Apple may result in revocation of the corresponding Woofit+ access.

6. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to hello@woofit.me.

7. Acceptable use and safety

You may not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, attempt to access other users' data, or cheat the reward system. During a walk, stay aware of your surroundings, traffic and your dog: you use the app at your own responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

Woofit, its logo, avatars, badges and content are protected by intellectual property law. You keep ownership of the photos you add and grant us only the technical licence needed to store and display them in the app.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

10. Liability

The app is provided "as is". GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment and is not guaranteed. Woofit is neither a medical device nor a veterinary tool. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory consumer protections.

11. Changes

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes, including price changes handled through Apple's mechanisms, are communicated before they apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in the European Union you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Please contact us first at hello@woofit.me; EU residents may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
